Integrating Sencha Touch based UI in my app?

I am exploring a slightly different UI feel than JQuery Mobile can provide. Do you have any advice on whether it is a good idea for me to try integrating Sencha Touch with the Tiggzi IDE? Since Sencha seems to be all JS based, I thought it would be no problem. But perhaps there are internal workings of Tiggzi that make it prefer JQuery Mobile and would make it difficult for me to try and use Sencha. What do you think?

Tiggzi is a tool that doesn't have special limitations. We use jQuery Mobile.

jQuery Mobile is implemented as jQuery extension. Sencha Touch is perfectly compatible with jQuery.
