Set buttons location?

Hey,

I have a page that showing results from xml.
The page is going like first span panel (with few labels inside) and then two buttons.

While editing the page, buttons are at the bottom of the page, but when testing it buttons jump and suddenly located above the panel.

Is there any fix for that?
