Creating Apple app that gets approved?

I have created my first app (native hybrid) using the jqm theme and tiggzi database which works on android at the moment (not in store yet). Now I am thinking about what to do to get approval for apple. I am not experienced publishing to either store, but it seems that since apple is the most stringent of the two, I should think about their requirements to finish my app for release on both platforms.

I have searched around a bit and from what I can tell, the theme should look like apple apps, work well, and have mobile functionality. Does this sum it up?
I have seen this:

I am at the stage where I am having second thoughts and wonder if this app should be converted to a web app to avoid trying to meet apple guidelines. I wanted to have the exposure of the app stores, but not sure if my kind of app will get approved. The only non-web site element that I could add would be gps. I have not added google maps yet but want to map my items. I could use gps data to center user in items around them or simply map each item as you would on a web site. Its probably slightly better to use gps but it does not matter a whole lot. I also have lots of references to outside photos from my web site and youtube videos and wonder if that will be a problem for approval. In general, the app does not work without a descent net connection.

I also wonder what is needed to go from the default tiggzi jqm theme to something ios/apple acceptable. I have seen issues on this forum about not having iOS theme built-in to tiggzi and how not having it makes it difficult to get apple approval. I saw a mention that something like that was going to be an added feature. If so, when might it be available? Will this theme do the job?:

It mentions working on jquerymobile 1.2. Will future tiggzi updates to the latest 1.3 break this theme it in the future? If you are trying to add all of the different graphic resolutions for apple, would you need to add files and other settings to xcode (outside of tiggzi) or can it all be done within tiggzi?

Any thoughts to point me in the right direction on getting apple approved would be very helpful.

Creating Apple app that gets approved?

Hello! Yes, here is good post http://www.tricedesigns.com/2012/10/0... summarizing up some main points. I believe you can find a lot of information in the Internet on how to get your app approved by Apple store.

As for iOS theme built-in to tiggzi - it's a quite high priority issue and we are working on it, but unfortunately I'm not sure about time frame (perhaps Max knows).
