Appery.io is a set of cloud tools to create and build mobile apps. The final app runs in the browser or a native wrapper (not in Appery.io). You cad add/use any JavaScript library out there.. you can also use any APIs out there. If the service you mentioned above provides a JavaScript library or APIs -- then you can definitely use that.
