Difference Between Support and Priority Support

What is the difference between Support and Priority Support? I see the starter plan offers "Support," but the other options provide "Priority Support." I currently use the Standard Plan.

Priority Supports means your questions will be answered faster. In early October, we are introducing a Priority Support menu from inside the builder. You will be able to send us your questions directly.
