It seems there's a bug in the visual builder.
I'm using Google Chrome, and building an IONIC app.
I have the builder set to landscape and I zoom in using the slider.
When I try to move an object, the position it wants to place the object (when dragging) is above and to the left of where my mouse pointer is, and this gets worse the more I am zoomed in.
Could this be looked at please? It does mean that every time I want to move objects I have to zoom back to 100, move them, then re-adjust the zoom.
