Google Maps Terms of Service legal tracking?

Hi,

i use the Googlemap component in the App for our client for tracking purpose and show the current location with the marker.
The Terms of Service (https://www.google.com/intl/en_en/hel...) 2 (i) said this is not allowed unless we have the authorization from Google or the provider (Appery.io).

Can we use Google maps with your authorization now or not?

Hello!
No, Appery.io is not a provider of particular Content. Are you going to do something which is restricted by 2 (i)? In this case you need to contact Google to get permission. If you're going just to use maps, no permission is needed.
