Push request at user configured time

I know that you can send push requests at scheduled times, but is it possible to send push requests based on settings chosen by each user?
For instance, is it possible for one user to configure their app to receive push requests at 12:00, and another user to configure their app to receive push requests at 14:30?

You can use Scheduled push:

But in this case you have to send several individual messages (for each time separately).
