How to connect the button on the menu to a web link that works IN the app

Is there anyone who can advise on this? I'm trying to make a very basic app. I believe it is something simple that I'm just not understanding. I want my button on my main page to go to another page where there is my you-tube channel. I want to be able to play videos directly in the app.
