How to use External plugins and API's for pdf generation and viewing spreadsheet data

I want to do the following tasks in my application please guide me how would I do that:
Use VicMaps API for property inspection(not google maps).
Use Itext or any other pdf generation plugin to add the feature to create and download pdf file
View spreadsheet data on my application and able to change and save that.
