hi - i would like to know how to call an app from within the app developed with appery.io. I want to customize the app develped with appery.io to invoke another app which is installed in the mobile device.

You should search if this is possible with PhoneGap apps, I'm not sure if its possible. As Appery.io uses PhoneGap to build the native apps.
You can open HTML5 app inside your app, that's for sure.
