Push notification not receive in my iphone.

I have configure app in appery.io to receive push notification from appery.io. I have registered the device id and token in device table.when i send notification from appery.io the record which contain my device id in device table will be automatically removed.And notification was not received in my iphone.

How do you send Push notification? Via app, servercode or https://appery.io/push/?
When is device record deleted from Database? Is it you who delete it or is it the issue?
