Bind images to list control item

Hi there - I am looking for an example that shows a image being bound to a list control. Right now I have a list control that dynamically pulls information from the DB using a rest service which populates 3 labels in each list item. Is there a way I can incorporate a image to each list item? Thank you

Yes, you can do this way, if you will keep in database the link to the image or the image itself is encoded in base64
