Working with Databse API: Can't find default value for session token in the "getting particular user details" tutorial

This question is about the "getting particular user details" tutorial from this page:

When trying to follow this tutorial I get stuck when it asks me to add the X-Appery-Session-Token. It says that this value is returned by doing a login but I don't know what it means by this. Where can I get the default value for the session token like they have in the third image of the "getting particular user details" tutorial?

The link you have provide us it documentation "Working with the database API". That's why there is no step-by-step instructions.
