How do I create a service to push data from a SQLite database to cloud database?

Hi-

I am trying to create a service that pushes data from the local SQLite database to the cloud. I have successfully populated the database with information from the cloud but now need to do the reverse.

Please do not send me links to this tutorial: http://devcenter.appery.io/tutorials/... I have already been down this path and prefer the solution that I am asking about.
