User online/office status check and display content

Hi,

I want to load different content depending on the user is online/offline,

For example :
I want to show the jpeg embed in app if he is offline,
else i want to show him the google calendar using the iframe,

My requirement is like to toggle between the two divs depending upon the user online status.

So how do i achieve this, Plz assist me on this.
