Uploading Backup on different account

I recently backed up an app of mine and then tried to upload on a different account..

It seems that the Database used is still the original source. Is there a way to change so that the new account will be used as the Database?

Actually, you should not be able to access these databases from new account.

You will need to re-create services with new databases.
