How to auto fill username/password on external website

My app simply wraps an existing responsive web site, user have to sign in before using the web.
However the app does not remember username/password like a common browser does. Is there a way for user to enter username/password only once?
The app just includes a link to my website, all the log in process is handled by my own server/code.
