csv import did not append data to bottom

I just attempted to import data in the form of a csv file created by Excel 2013. The dialog box that appeared said "Append (data will be added to end of file)".

#1. All of my data was not appended. Only a few rows.
#2. My existing data was overwritten.

Help!

Hello,

Could you compare your CSV file with the CSV, which was created by Appery.io (if you export the collection)?

They have to have the same structure. Please open them in the notepad for that.
