Delete icon in second column not appearing on text page.

Added a data grid - column 1 row 1; has text mapped to a read db rest response. ( fully functional.) added a delete icon in column 2 row 1 - mapped to collection object Id - delete icon does not show on rest output. ( Visable property & no text enabled.).

please advise.
