i'm trying to implement application cache, i'm wondering if you have any idea/workaround/thoughts on how to get all the assets from an Appery project without the process of exporting the website and take it through CasheMan ?

You can use any API/features that the browsers provides for cashing the app and/or data. We don't have any visual editors to do that yet but we have some on our roadmap.
