Appery generic con has replaced My Icon on iPhone

I have successfully uploaded my app to the App Store. I just installed it on my iphone and my ipad.

While my icon logo shows on my ipad it does NOT show on my iphone. Instead I get the default appery icon.

Any ideas why?

I did not have the 120 and 152 icons uploaded. Just uploaded revised version. Hopefully that will fix it.
