Alphabetically Bind List

I have added List Component and its is binding dyanmically, i want alphabets list on the right side of screen, shown in below image, how i add that feature ?

Hello! Do you want to do something like speeded up search with panel like this? If so you this feature should be coded and implemented by you using js/html/css.
