Facebook login for test users gives error "Developer has not setup the facebook properly"

I have used the Facebook plugin. It works on the web test as well as on my own iPhone. However, when I sent the app to another tester to test (using iPhone devices for testing provisioning profile), the users are getting the "Developer has not setup properly" error message.

I do not get error on my Iphone 5 (7.1 or 8.x). Both of my testers got it.

What am I be missing. I have set appery.io as the facebook setting and using the project code and the facebook code in the app REST settings.

That solved it. For reference to others:

you have to set

Do you want to make this app and all its live features available to the general public?
set status and review to ON

on Facebook app development under status & review menu. Make sure you have set the contact email on the basic settings.
