how to make a link navigate to another page and show the website inside a panel?

i tried using the link and all it does is open up a new independent page inside my app (which is fine, but theres no back buttons or anything like that). How do I make it navigate to a page I design where I can show the content of the website inside a panel?

If you are building a hybrid app, you can use in-app browser (PhoneGap).
