Hi Ana,
If under IMS you mean IP Multimedia Subsystem, it isn't an easy task with regard to the implementation of the content delivery protocol.
Perhaps you would need to implement this part of the application using the native platform facilities and connect to the interface created within Appery.io as a plug-in.

If your platform exposes data via REST APIs, then you can easily use (and integrate) the data into an app that you build in Appery.io. I recommend you read this page which talks about what kind of apps you can build in Appery.io: http://docs.appery.io/gettting-started. Appery.io is a platform to create apps. The final app is a standard HTML5 mobile app that runs in any browser or a hybrid app that you can publish to the App Store or Google Play. Hope this helps.
