Has any one encounter " Invalid promo code or this code has been used before. " when using a PROMO CODE to upgrade their account to PRO? Below is my back and forth with support.. I have been through this process before, with & without errors, and it usually is resolved the next day.. Any Help would be great.. Please read below. Thank you..
