update listview on dragging down from top

I want to update my lisview when user drag it down from top and app execute service and bind new data to listview.

I don't have any idea bout this please help me

Maryna, I want to execute a service and onSuccess depending on result I bind the data. The question is not about how to bind the new data but the question is how to invoke the service.
