Password Recovery Not working

Hi

I am using your tutorial for the Password Recovery service. I have done so many times with success.

Now it fails and says I am submitting the wrong secret code.
It is the same code I receive in the email????
I have checked an ensured that database id and master key is correct. Also checked to ensure that service urls are correct and respective for the two different server scripts.
Please assist.

Please check secret codes from the email and in the users colelction. Are they the same?
