HTML not being updated with new components added to page view

I've noticed that after working for about 1/2 hr, the html document code is not updated while I am working on a Page in Project tab. For instance, I will drag a button onto the page and save, but when I test it the button is not there. Upon looking at the corresponding html file, the code for the button does not show up, even though it is still there in the Page view. What is going on?

Hello Carol,

Please do the following: save changes, close project, clear browser cache and reopen your project. Then try to add button, click save and check. Does the issue persist?

I have saved the changes, closed the project, cleared the cache, closed the browser, reopened the browser, opened the project. The same problem persists. This has been going on since I first started using appery.io

In the Project/page view, I can add components, change event scripts, and they are not reflected in the html or js files.

Even simple things like changing a navigation link are not working.

This is extremely frustrating and I am considering canceling my subscription if this issue cannot be resolved.

Can you please escalate this issue?

I just found out from someone on Twitter that once you make any changes to the source code, you cannot do any editing in the visual builder.

That is really a bad business decision.
