How does the authentication work if I have to make my app communicate with Salesforce communities?

Thanks for the reply Katya. I am going through this http://docs.appery.io/tutorials/sales... and the salesforce services page takes me to salesforce prod url directly. how should i redirect it to sandnox? Please help. Thanks
