I found this on Google Developer Console. Will this media player hook tap into the phones music library and all the app created in Appery to play music that is on the phone?

Whew, that is a lot of coding. Which ones would I use for Android?
Just so we are on the same page, this will allow a user to tap into their own music library on the phone and play it through the app I created?
