After a successful Facebook login using the plugin a Facebook access token is set (access_token). However to perform database REST services, I need X-Appery-Session-Token.
How do I get this token? Potential options:
create a new user in the USER collection and then perform a login to appery behind the scene?

Facebook access token is only for working with Facebook API.
X-Appery-Session-Token is for working with APpery.io Database.
You can obtain X-Appery-Session-Token by loging user in, or you can avoid to using it at all
That is what I figured as well. When using 3rd party authentication, if needed, do a background login for the user, else ignore.
