Pages not loading when all pages rendered into one html file

as the title reads, I had my app to render all pages into one html file and they are not loading correctly. They load for the first time, but then when you navigate from one page to another one they dont really navigate ... Rest services don't re-execute if they were set to execute on page load.

This was working before the maintenance, I unticked the render all pages into one html file for now, but hopefully you can fix it because when rendered in one file, they load much faster.

it could be realted to conversation we had with Max aout firing LOAD and PAGE SHOW events in sigle page layout

for example when no internet connection page loads but when internet is back, pages are already cached and no REST calls are made - there should be a mechanism to prevent caching when REST is attached to LOAD or PAGE SHOW otherwise user can;t use the app anymore
