I was able to open the app using a different internet connection and a different laptop.
Looks like I will be doing my app work on this connection/computer combo.

I found the restore button. I played with it a few times and it didn't make any difference.

I only have 2 projects. Both fail to open. I backed up Reliability. But I don't see a button to restore.
I also created a new app called "TestMe". When I attempted to create, I got the same blank screen.

Hi Evgene,
I logged out and cleared browser cache for 3 browsers: Internet Explorer, FireFox, and Chrome.
Then I logged in, selected Reliability and then Open. Blank screens for all 3 browsers. Note I can select Test and the phone model does show up.
How can I fix this?

I upgraded to the new one.
Hi,
When I select my app and then select "Open", the browser screen becomes completely blank. This occurs using both the latest Chrome and FireFox browsers. How can I fix this?
