Push Notification delivered status is success but app did not received push notification.

In production push notifications are send from the app but they are not received by another app. When I check the Delivered Status under Push Notification tab I see it show delivered but the notifications are not received. Please advise?

Hi Kartik,

There can be a problem with timezone. Please make sure it's the same.

Push Notification delivered status is success but app did not received push notification.

Hi Katya,

My iPhone from which I am sending Push Notification is in EST timezone and the iPhone to which I am sending Push Notification is also in EST timezone. As per Push Notification - Schedule Push Notification it shows timezone as '0' what does that mean? Also I notice when I send Push notification from the iPhone then the Push Notification timestamp on console (Push Notification - Schedule Push Notification ) is 4 hrs ahead of the EST. But when I send Push Notification from "Send Push Notification" tab from appery.io it show timezone as -4. iPhone timezone is correct(EST) what timezone I need to change and how to change it so that its sync with my iPhone timezone. Please advise?

Hello Kartik,

How did you send push notification(Immediately or through schedule)?

Hello Kartik,

Immediate push notifications (sent without scheduling) always have status sent even if your device haven't received notification yet.
